My work covers the full arc of a solution, from the first conversation about what a client wants to the system running in production. Today I’m a Presales Technical Consultant at TOPPAN Ecquaria in Singapore, shaping large-scale tenders for public and private sector organisations: designing the architecture, sizing the team, and planning how it actually gets delivered.

Before that, I spent two years as a Solutions Architect at Axrail in Kuala Lumpur, leading AWS migrations that cut infrastructure costs by 31% and shipping production Generative AI projects under IMDA’s Digital Leaders Programme. One of them, a three-way invoice matching product built with AWS, reduced manual work by over 40% and was adopted by other businesses.

I started as a Business Analyst writing specs and running UAT, which taught me early how much of a project lives in the gap between what’s asked for and what gets built. Closing that gap is still the part I care about most: making complex systems simple enough that clients can decide clearly and teams can ship.
